Damaged or Incorrect Items (Only Exception)

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

 

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

• Include your order number

 

Failure to meet these requirements will result in no resolution.

 

 

Resolution

 

If a claim is approved:

 

• A replacement will be issued if available

• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
